Protesters temporarily block the gates of the Refugee Reception Center (photo, video)

This morning, refugees blocked the entrance to the Koksijde Refugee Reception Center for two hours (from 8:00 to 10:00). During this period, they do not allow Fedasil employees to enter the center. Then the gate will be unlocked in 10:00.

- We understand that the Fedasil staff are our friends and are helping us, - says one of the women who block the gate. - But we want the head of Fedasil in Brussels to pay attention to our problem. We want the head of Fedasil to come to talk with us. We want the mayor to come talk to us. This place was turned into a prison, we do not agree with this. This is discrimination.

Inside the Refugee Reception Center, order is maintained. Refugees go to work inside the center. At the same time, they continue to knock on the gate in turn to attract attention.

The center of Fedasil in Koksijde is located on the territory of the military air base, these are the buildings of military barracks. But earlier I saw rabbits more often than military ones.
