Mayor blocks refugees

It looks like the mayor of Koksijde (Belgium) Marc Vanden Bussche created an illegal prison, where hundreds of people are illegally detained.

The mayor of Koksijde today ordered the police to block the refugee center located in the city. Police officers are standing at the entrance, not allowing anyone to enter and exit. Together with the refugees, Belgian employees were blocked, who were told that they should spend the night in a refugee center.

The mayor explains this with the threat of the spread of coronavirus, but in fact he created an illegal prison in which innocent people, including children, are located. 

There are around 300 people in this refugee center.

The center of Fedasil in Koksijde is located on the territory of the military air base, these are the buildings of military barracks. But earlier I saw rabbits more often than military ones.
